Enjoy this luxury home nestled in the trees at the top of the hill. Thoughtful design and detail with beautiful finishes make this home set among aspens and evergreens a magical retreat to enjoy with family and friends.
This 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home backs to private endowment land where you are free to explore and will enjoy privacy as well as frequent visits from the fox, deer, elk and occasional bear who call this home. You will appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of this home upon arrival. The home has a 3-car garage as well as an additional parking pad on the driveway with room for Recreational Trailer parking (contact management directly for details).
The main level features the living area with a large propane fireplace and wifi, large flat screen TV with dvd player and dish satellite tv, all set in front of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the back patio and forest. The dining area overlooks the forest backdrop and has a very large table to seat 8 comfortably.
The gourmet kitchen is a chefs dream. A large wolf range, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space with a large kitchen island with a second sink and under counter microwave oven make this a great place to cook and socialize.
Located on the main level is the queen primary bedroom. Its private bathroom features two separate vanities, walk-in tile shower, large walk-in closet, and a private toilet.
A powder bathroom is located off the main entrance to the house.
The second story of the home has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and one dual vanity full bathroom. The third room is furnished as a den which includes a flat screen TV and dvd player, shuffle board table, Nintendo Wii, and plenty of board games.
There are two twin memory foam fold outs available that will comfortably accommodate children.
The laundry room is complete with a large HE washer/dryer set and sink.
The back patio has a propane weber BBQ, a table with seating for 6, and oversized patio furniture that surrounds the in ground fire pit to enjoy in the spring and summer months. Full HVAC system for comfort year around!

The overall group review was 5 stars. Everyone enjoyed having their own own and spending a significant amount of time playing shuffle board in the game room. Plenty of parking off the road made easy access.

Heaven's gate was a great time. Couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in McCall, ID. The pictures and amenities provided were exactly as described. The team at McCall Idaho Vacation Rentals were great, always quick and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay, no matter the season.

Vacation Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
1. At the time of Booking, these Terms & Conditions take effect.
2. Check In/Check Out. Renter may check-in to the Property after 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on the Arrival Date, and Renter must check-out of the property no later than 11:00 am MST on the Departure Date.
3. Non-Smoking Property. Smoking is prohibited. Evidence of smoking shall incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 and may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and eviction of Renter.
4. Damage Waiver Protection $99.00
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee ($99.00). The Damage Waiver covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
5. Payment of Rent.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent due, including taxes, damage waiver, cleaning fee and pet fee, if any, is due at the time of booking the reservation, if the reservation is booked within 30 days of the Arrival Date, then 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations.
(a) In the event the Renter cancels the reservation more than 31 days prior to the Arrival Date, a full refund will be honored but will be charged for credit card processing/fees.
(b) In the event the Renter cancels the reservation 30-15 days before the Arrival Date, a 50% refund will be honored of the daily rate, and Renter will be refunded for the damage waiver/cleaning fee/linen fee, but will be charged for credit card processing/fees.
(c) If Renter cancels 13 days before Arrival Date, no refunds will be honored. MIVR recommends that Renter purchase travel insurance separately to cover any potential cancellation costs.
7. Maximum Occupancy.
The guest shall not at anytime surpass the city mandated maximum occupancy.
8. No Daily Maid Service; unless arranged prior to your stay.
(a) Daily maid service shall not be provided at the property, however it is available upon request no later than seven days prior to the Arrival Date for an additional charge.
(b) Towels and linens provided at the property must be kept inside and shall not be taken outside of the property. Spa/Beach Towels are provided during summer season.
10. Appropriate Age and Use of Premises. (a) Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense including false statements regarding the age of Renter will result in a forfeiture of any advance payments, including Security Deposit and Rental Fee.
(b) In the event that MIVR becomes aware of excessive noise or inappropriate conduct occurring at the property, MIVR shall notify Renter of it. If after one notification, Renter and any other guests staying at or visiting continue to engage in excessive noise or inappropriate conduct then MIVR shall have the right to terminate Renter’s stay immediately and retain the full amount of the Rental Fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event MIVR becomes aware of illegal conduct, this Agreement may be terminated immediately and MIVR shall retain the full amount of the Rental Payments.
11. Parking. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, applicable fines/towing fees, and such fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
12. Written Modifications Only. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by MIVR and Renter.
13. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction. The parties hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by Idaho Law and shall be decided solely and exclusively by courts located in Valley County, Idaho.
14. Fireplaces. Many rental units have a fireplace. Please use caution when using this fireplace and ask if you need any instructions or assistance.
15. Road Conditions and Storm Policy. MIVR shall not issue any refunds of any amounts due or paid under this Agreement on account of storms or bad travel conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy, steep and slick throughout the winter. The property driveway is maintained throughout the winter.
16. Indemnification. The property is privately owned. McCall Idaho Vacation Rentals, LLC and the owner(s) of the property shall not be responsible or liable by reason of any damage or injury to property or person arising out of Renter’s use of the property, including any liability for injury to the person or property of Renter, Renter’s agents or Renter’s invitees. Renter agrees to hold MIVR and the owner of the property harmless and to indemnify them from any claims for damages or injuries that arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or that are caused by Renter or any of Renter’s agents, invitees, or pets.
